Response times

We reply to emails within 1–2 working days, Monday to Saturday.

Please note

We can clarify concepts from the training, but we cannot advise on your personal investments, taxes or financial decisions. Please do not send patient information or payment details such as card numbers or OTPs by email.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, write to our Grievance Officer, Dr. Jeet, at admin@doctraderglobal.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
