Service Delivery Policy

Effective date: 16 September 2026

DocTrader Learn is an online educational service. No physical products are shipped. This policy explains how the training is delivered after you pay.

1. Access after payment

• After your payment is confirmed, we will email your access details to the email address you entered at checkout within 24–48 hours (usually sooner).
• Your access period (1 year or 2 years, depending on your plan) begins on the date your access details are sent.
• If you have not received access details within 48 hours, check your spam folder, then email admin@doctraderglobal.com with your transaction reference.

2. How the training is delivered

• Recorded lessons: streamed online through our course platform, available any time during your access period
• Worksheets and templates: available for download from the course platform
• Live sessions (where included in your plan): held online. Schedules and joining links are shared by email in advance.
• Members' community (Regular Training only): access instructions are shared by email

3. What you need

A stable internet connection and a recent version of a common web browser on a computer, tablet or phone.

4. Delays and interruptions

If we cannot provide access within 7 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If the platform is unavailable for an extended period, we will extend your access period accordingly.
