These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of learn.doctraderglobal.com (the "Website") and your enrolment in any training plan offered on it. The Website and training are operated by DocTrader Global, a sole proprietorship based in Gujarat, India ("DocTrader Global", "we", "us", "our").
By using the Website or purchasing a training plan, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Service Delivery Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase a plan.
1. Nature of the service
DocTrader Learn provides general financial-literacy education on saving habits, everyday spending and reducing the operating costs of a medical practice. The training is educational only.
We do not provide investment advice, research analysis, portfolio management, tax advice, legal advice or personalised financial planning. We do not recommend any security, stock, mutual fund, insurance, loan, bank or other financial product. DocTrader Global is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing in the training should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- The training is designed for doctors and medical professionals, but enrolment is not a representation by us about your qualifications, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
3. Training plans and pricing

- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price shown is the total amount payable. No additional taxes or charges are added at checkout.
- The features included in each plan are described on the plans section of the Website at the time of purchase. We may improve or update lesson content, but we will not remove a core feature of your plan during your access period.
- Prices may change for future purchases. A change will not affect a plan you have already paid for.
- Plans do not renew automatically. At the end of your access period, access ends unless you choose to purchase again.
4. Payment
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway authorised under applicable Reserve Bank of India rules. We do not see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking password.
- Your enrolment is confirmed only after we receive successful payment confirmation from the gateway.
- If money is debited but the payment fails or is not confirmed, the gateway or your bank will normally reverse it automatically. If it is not reversed within 7 working days, write to admin@doctraderglobal.com with your transaction reference.
- You agree to pay using a payment method you are authorised to use.
5. Your account and access
- Access is personal to you and for your own non-commercial learning. You must not share login details, give others access, or resell access.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your access.
- If we reasonably detect account sharing or misuse, we may suspend access after notifying you and giving you an opportunity to respond.
6. Live sessions and community
- Live sessions and the members' community (where included in your plan) are for discussing curriculum concepts. They do not include review of your personal finances, investments or tax matters.
- Members must be respectful, must not post unlawful, abusive, defamatory or misleading content, must not promote products, schemes or investment tips, and must not share other members' personal information.
- Members must not share patient information or any confidential medical information in the community or live sessions.
- We may remove content or members that breach these rules.
- Session schedules may change. If a session is cancelled, we will reschedule it or provide a recording.
7. Intellectual property
All training content, including videos, text, worksheets, templates, designs, logos and the DocTrader name and marks, belongs to DocTrader Global or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own learning during your access period. You must not copy, record, download (except worksheets we make downloadable), distribute, publish, sell or create derivative works from the content.
8. No guarantee of outcomes
Results depend on your own circumstances and decisions. We do not promise or guarantee any savings, income, cost reduction or other financial result. Any examples are illustrative only.
9. Limitation of liability
- You are solely responsible for decisions you make using general information from the training. Please consult a qualified chartered accountant, tax professional, lawyer or SEBI-registered adviser for decisions specific to you.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any financial decision you make.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a training plan will not exceed the amount you paid for that plan.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by contract.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, for example by sharing access or copying content. Where practical, we will notify you and allow you to remedy the breach first. Refunds on termination are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Website availability
We aim to keep the Website and training available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Where an interruption is significant, we will extend your access period to compensate.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes will not reduce your rights under a plan you have already purchased.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Nadiad, Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction.
