Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DocTrader Global ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use learn.doctraderglobal.com (the "Website") or enrol in a training plan. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.
1. Who is responsible for your data
DocTrader Global, a sole proprietorship based in Gujarat, India, is the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: admin@doctraderglobal.com.

We do not collect your card numbers, UPI PIN, CVV or bank passwords. These are handled directly by our payment gateway. We do not ask for patient information, and you should never share it with us.
3. Legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit your details at checkout, and for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as meeting tax and accounting requirements and responding to legal requests.
4. How we use your data
- To process your enrolment and payment and deliver the training
- To send service messages about your plan, such as access details, session schedules and receipts
- To respond to questions, complaints and refund requests
- To keep records required by law
- To protect the Website and training from misuse
We will send promotional messages only if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the service, and only as much as they need:
- Payment gateway to process payments and refunds
- Website hosting provider to host the Website
- Email and course-delivery providers to send messages and deliver lessons
- Chartered accountant for accounting and tax compliance
We may also disclose data where required by law, court order or a government authority. Some providers may store data on servers outside India; where they do, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards and we follow any restrictions notified under Indian law.
6. Cookies
The Website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider and fonts provider may process basic technical data needed to deliver pages. If we introduce analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
7. How long we keep it
- Enrolment and account data: for your access period plus up to 1 year, then deleted or anonymised
- Payment and invoice records: for the period required under accounting and income-tax laws (generally up to 8 years)
- Correspondence: up to 2 years after your query is resolved
8. Security
We use reasonable security practices, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access limited to people who need it, and reputable service providers. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
9. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- Ask us to correct, complete or update your data
- Ask us to erase your data, unless we must keep it by law
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect processing already done, but we may not be able to continue providing the training.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity
- Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India

10. Children
The training is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and significant changes will be notified by email to enrolled learners.
